Skiing:
Gunstock Ski Resort is less than 10 miles and provides a variety of well maintained trails. Known for their night skiing, they also offer snowboarding and cross country trails. Several of the golf courses have opened to cross country skiers.

The Lakes:
Lake Winnipesaukee is the largest lake in New Hampshire. Enjoy a day of water activities and spend a day sunbathing on the white sands of Weirs Beach. The M/S Mount Washington Motor Cruise provides both day and evening cruises. Evening cruises include a dinner buffet, music and dancing. The sister lake, Lake Winnisquam is smaller but just as inviting.

Historic Tilton Prep is one of the most prestigious schools in the nation and is located within walking distance. Tilton parents are welcome to invite their family to the Manor. Tilton School is also one of the hosts of the Gordon’s Research Conferences. Tilton Manor guests are invited to bring back their fellow participants and relax between seminars.
